Breakfast club.

Breakfast club opens and children enter via the Pinfold Lane pedestrian gate.  Parents/carers to accompany child and handover to Breakfast club staff when they arrive.

 

8.40am – 8.55am

 

Gates open.

 

Registration & morning tasks.

Staff open doors to let children in.

 

Whole school.  Complete electronic register using Arbor, check lunch requirements and fill in the fire registers.

 

9.00am – 9.20am

Assembly.

Monday – EYFS & KS1 (small hall),

KS2 (large hall).

Tuesday – Whole school music assembly (Not nursery).

 

9.00am – 11.30am

 

9.00am – 11.45am

 

9.00am – 12.00pm

Morning session – Nursery.

 

Morning session – Reception.

 

Morning session – KS1 & KS2.

 

10.30am

Dinner choice cutoff.

Children who are dropped off at school after this time, will be given a school sandwich as their dinner choice for the day, unless they are bringing a packed lunch, or have previously advised school to order a lunch that day.  This includes if a choice has been made via Arbor, as it will be too late to start preparing a meal.

 

11.30am – 12.30pm

 

12.00pm – 1.00pm

Nursery lunchtime.

 

Reception, KS1 & KS2 lunchtime.

Small hall.

 

Small & large hall.

12.00pm

Nursery morning session leave.

Wednesday only.

 

1.00pm

Nursery afternoon session start.

 

Afternoon registration.

Wednesday only

 

Whole school.  Complete electronic register using Arbor and update the fire registers.

 

1.00pm – 3.15pm

Afternoon sessions

 

 

3.10pm – 3.25pm

Gates open.

Staff open gates for children to be collected.

 

3.15pm

End of school day.

 

 

 

 

Classes are shown out via the designated exits by staff.  Any children not collected by 3.25pm, when the gates close, will be taken to the main office and will need to be collected from there.

3.15pm – 6.00pm (Monday – Thursday)

3.15pm – 5.00pm (Friday)

Hutsters after school club.

Children to be collected from Pinfold Lane pedestrian entrance.

3.30pm

Requested call backs.

 

Teachers will start making calls to parents who have requested to speak to them after the school day has ended.

 

3.40pm

Uncollected children contact.

If a child has not been collected, staff make a phone call home.  Children may be placed into Hutsters after school club and charges WILL apply.
