- Welcome to all attendees by the PTFA Chair.
- Introduction of current committee members.
2. Apologies for Absence (2 minutes)
- Record apologies received from members unable to attend.
3. Chair's Report (10 minutes)
- Summary of the PTFA's activities and achievements over the past year.
- Highlights of key fundraising events and their impact.
4. Treasurer's Report (15 minutes)
- Presentation of the annual financial statement.
- Overview of income and expenditure for the year.
- Approval of the annual accounts.
5. Headteacher's Report (10 minutes)
- Perspective on how PTFA efforts have supported the school.
- Future school initiatives and potential areas for PTFA involvement.
6. Election of New Committee Members (15 minutes)
- Nomination and election of new committee members for the following roles:
- Chair
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Raffle Secretary
- Social Media Secretary
- Member Recruitment Secretary
- General Committee Members
- Brief introduction of candidates (if available).
8. Discussion of Future Events and Fundraising Ideas (20 minutes)
- Open forum for suggestions and ideas for upcoming academic year.
- Discussion of potential new fundraising initiatives.
9. Any Other Business (AOB) (10 minutes)
- Opportunity for attendees to raise any other relevant topics.
- Please note: Items for AOB should ideally be submitted to the Secretary, Person, in advance.
10. Date of Next Meeting (3 minutes)
- Proposal and confirmation of the date for the next PTFA meeting.
