Whole School Uniform

At Templenewsam Halton Primary we have high standards- we are proud to be from Templenewsam Halton and therefore, we wear our uniform with pride.

All items to be labelled with at least initial of first name and FULL surname to enable the item to be returned if lost.

• Dark grey trousers, skirt or pinafore dress – no tracksuit bottoms/leggings
• Plain grey, black or dark blue tights or plain white, black or grey socks
• Plain white Polo Shirt
• Royal Blue jumper or cardigan with school logo
• Black shoes/boots/plain black trainers. Please note that boots should be plain black with no fur/metal accessories.

In summer

• Plain Dark Grey trouser shorts or royal blue gingham summer dress – no casual shorts

PE Kit

• Plain White T-shirt - no coloured stripes/ticks/laces/logos
• Plain Black shorts – no coloured stripes/ticks/laces/logos
• Plain Black jogging bottoms/leggings and tracksuit top - no coloured stripes/ticks/laces/logos
• Plain black or white trainers suitable for indoor and outdoor use - no fluorescent marks

For your information, on PE days, pupils will continue to come into school wearing their PE kits. Therefore, we are also considering whether to include a School Hoodie to form part of the PE kit. This will be reviewed and consulted with you over the next school year.

Accessories

• Plain bobbles and headbands are allowed in school – school colours blue, black, grey. No oversized colourful scrunchies, headbands and bows.
• Watches and stud earrings are the only forms of jewellery allowed in school.
• Nail varnish and make up should not be worn.

Bags 

• Royal Blue bookbag with logo (Reception to Year 4)
• Year 5 and 6 can bring a bag of their choice to school – must be appropriately sized to fit and hang up in the cloakroom for their year group.
