Breakfast Club and Hutsters After School Club

Here at Templenewsam Halton Primary School we are pleased to be able to offer both a before school breakfast club and our afterschool club 'Hutsters' for all pupils in school from Reception to Year 6.

Spaces for these clubs are limited and there are different costs applicable for the places which are detailed below. Places can only be booked via Arbor by parents and once the place is booked the charges are applied instantly to the account and can not be cancelled.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast club is available for all children from Nursery to Year 6, Monday to Friday from 07:30 until 08:45 at which time children will be escorted to their lesson for morning registration.

We have a wide selection of breakfast options including, toast, a range of cereal and fruit, and croissants and pan au chocolate/ brioche rolls. In addition to this we have a rotating selection of toys, games and arts and craft activities to keep children entertained and stimulated through the morning.

Breakfast finishes at 08:25 once all children have eaten and are feeling full and ready for the day. After this time the children help to tidy up the toys and resources and often a group game is played with all breakfast club attendees.

Sessions are charged at £4.50 per day and must be booked in advance via Arbor as places are limited. Sessions can be booked up to 30 minutes before the session start time and once booked places are non-cancellable.

Hutsters After School Club

Hutsters afterschool club is available for all children from Nursery to Year 6, Monday to Friday and has different session lengths each day depending on parents requirement. All days have the option for a 16:30 collection time or a longer session is also available with a 18:00 finish time Monday to Thursday and 17:00 on Friday. We request that you collect the child before closing, but if you need to get hold of someone, you can call Hutsters directly on 07902438058 during Hutsters hours.

All sessions have a range of toys and games available to entertain the children whist they are with us as well as outdoor toys and games in the summer months (weather permitting in winter) and additional indoor activities including age appropriate films and Nintendo Wii games.

Throughout the session we offer fruit and snacks for the children to ensure they do not feel hungry after a hard day working at school. Current offering includes, a wide range of fruit, cucumber and carrot sticks with hummus, breadsticks and cheese twists, sausage rolls and cheese & onion rolls.

Session costs vary between session lengths starting at £6.50 for half sessions and £10 for full sessions (£7.50 on Friday) and all sessions must be booked in advance via Arbor as places are limited. Sessions can be booked up to 30 minutes before the sessions start time and once booked places are non-cancellable.

Wraparound Care at Templenewsam Halton Primary School

We are pleased to offer a range of wraparound care options for pupils from Nursery to Year 6. All sessions must be booked in advance via Arbor. Spaces are limited and sessions are non-cancellable once booked, with charges applied instantly.
